At Herbrandson Construction, integrity, quality, and clear communication are the foundation of everything we do. Our team is committed to delivering an exceptional construction experience from start to finish, creating homes that are built correctly, built to last, and exceed our clients’ expectations. We believe every detail matters and take pride in doing things the right way—not the easy way.

As South Bay natives, we’re proud to serve the community we’ve called home our entire lives. Before founding Herbrandson Construction, Erik spent his career as a firefighter and paramedic, where he developed the discipline, accountability, and professionalism that continue to shape our company’s approach today.

After transitioning into construction, Erik spent years working alongside an established general contractor in the South Bay, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in every phase of residential construction. That foundation helped shape the standards our team follows today—from thoughtful planning and project management to exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Today, our team specializes in high-end residential remodels, custom homes, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and ADUs throughout the South Bay. Whether we’re completing a full-home renovation or building a custom residence, our mission remains the same: deliver outstanding craftsmanship, communicate openly and honestly, and create a finished product that both our clients and our team are proud of.
